6 of these 7 inps show clear use of rlh-cheat(win74-bit24, wolf74u1- bit 12)
Use of RLH also looks to be very intentional, for example at hes hypsptsp recording he pushes rlh 200 times...sometimes pushing quickly, sometimes holding rlh-button several seconds.
There are also other giveaways:
He presses running buttons during one round of T&F about 900 times(92,5k)...while normally players with decent scores push them 2200-3000 times.
******
So I was thinking what if...we just would zero ALL hes sports inps (T&F.style), no matter if analinp gets them or not. There has been a lot of zeroing of hes inps already before.
I'd say YES, delete all them. I'll ask for general opinion on this now.
1. delete all preloads sports inps?
2. delete only those that clearly use rlh or autofire?
Thanks,
TJT
Zero all that clearly use rlh or autofire. For the others add a comment that the player has been caught cheating in other recordings and give a link to this thread. This will allow people looking at scores/recordings to know the player has a clouded history.

well, he obviously plays with cheats enabled.
I say any submission of his or anyones that has cheats enabled(except for the pac speedup dip switch which requires cheats enabled) should have their inp/score removed whether they used any cheats or not.
we are supposed to record with cheats DISABLED.

Most people do, due to a bug in the MAME Plus GUI where the GUI defaults to cheats on, and the commandline defaults to cheats off.
I did fix this quite a while back, but it doesn't seem to have stopped the problem. But seeing as there are no longer any "cheat" input ports in MAME, there is no big issue about it anymore.

Was any sort of decision made on this?

Looks like softies won
We'll just keep deleting recordings that are clearly cheated. If they don't get caught cheating, then mercy.
Don't count on that though, next time the result can be different...Or I might not even ask public opinion. Of course we will warn cheater first, it might not allways be deliberate. Unfortunately cheating surely was deliberate at this case. It was not like rlh being used unknowingly.
I should report my findings to Chad, who then would delete these rlh inps. Problematic in this is that if we let one not zeroed, then cheater will know which cheating technique is not detected by analinp. Anyway, I think that non-rlh recording (1/7) is very qestionable by other standards than rlh. Looks to me that it used different kind of autofire...being sort of borderline case for autofire detection..

Done. Couple autofire inps and several RLH inps at 88games and trackfld + clones.
Crime does not pay.
