May I use hidden characters to play in Knights of Valour?

How are hidden characters selected?

Combination cursors and buttons on screen with characters.
Zhuge is selected: button D, button C, button B, button B, button C, Up, Down, Up, Down and Zhuge character is show on screen. You must make this combination perfected. Not to slow or to fast.
