What's the name of this game ...

I'm looking for a game I played years ago. It's an adventure/platform game. The game has 2 buttons: 1 for shooting and 1 for waving a little flag. After you defeated the last boss (yourself) the game restarts but everything is a little harder. Does someone knows the name of this game :?:
