Does some real strange stuff here... used Win32 CLI, with or without sound and autoframeskip.

I get the same (I guess) it shows some kind of info screen about accounting information.

Used MAME cli version with and without sound.

with sound the game starts with out sound it doesn't but all three ways (cli dos and 32) end up in dip screen. 3 strikes but i'll give it a little more time for donut to respond since it's a new rec.

Unbeknownst to me a new nvram folder was created on my computer and the nvrams are what messed up playback. I'll delete these and retry. The Easy Street inp should be good though.
