That crossed swords recording has a problem...

Good recording? of course it is! here's the problem, though.

Settings were Japan in country - default is Europe. Since we really don't know if Japan settings are harder nor easier, are we going to let this slide?

Not that I really care - I just wanted to point it out - still a very nice exhibition of skill.

I did not know that the language could affect the difficulty of the game, but if this is the case then the recording should be DQ, since it is using the wrong settings.

If he gets an email explaning the case, then he can make a new recording with the default settings.

The rule is, as I understand it, that settings must be either TG, defaults or harder than defaults. There may very well be no difference between region setting, but it's certainly possible that it's not. Anyone remember Neo Drift Out?

Is there anyone out there willing to play lots of Crossed Swords to figure this out? I bet there isn't. :)

I tend to think that the score should stand, until such time as someone can say definitively that Japanese settings are easier.
