There's no special rules for this, so I figured I'd make a poll for it.
Note that Bonus Game Points refers to the 3-point Shooting and Slam Dunk bonus games.

It has no-sense at all scoring for the Bonus Challenges.
It's like to give a position to the final to the team who will win the Slam Dunk contest/3-point shootout...

Ehh... I kinda think that since the bonus games are part of the game, they should be part of the scoring. But the In Game scoring doesn't do that either. Oh well, whichever is fine with me, although I voted to include bonus points.
