Blost, when you play shooter/"light gun" games, does your mouse want to jump around a lot? Or does it jump around just a bit? Mine seems to jump around a lot.

Not sure what you mean exactly by "jump around", but in all the "gun games" i played the mouse works quite smoothly.
A game in particular maybe, or a dirty mouse

hehe. Maybe it would have been better if I would have stated that the pointer of the "gun" jumps around for me. My mouse is an optical one, actually, so it isn't dirty (no ball for hair to get clogged in or dust or anything). Maybe I'll have a look at some of your INP's to see if the pointer jumps around.
Edit: I don't see your pointer just jump out of the blue for no reason unlike what occurs when I play. :/

Strange indeed.
Maybe a ressource problem as you have to force to frameskip 0 ?
Have you tried Lemmings?
