After some searching, I found Mark's TG tournament settings file (the link located here needs updated, BTW).
Thief is not in there.
Before I start downloading other versions to watch other players, can anyone tell me what the proper settings are? There are a lot of possibilities.

Eveidently the .inp I watched had the wrong settings.
TG says 3 men, extra every $20,000, so that's what I'm going to use.
