Upgrade to phpBB 2.0 RC-4

Well, after some minor troubles, the upgrade to phpBB 2.0 RC-4 is complete. And the old message board archive should now be searchable.
Mod additions will hopefully be added later next week, when I have a little bit of free time (Wednesday).
