I´m very angry with Brazil´s soccer. And I hope Brazil won´t go to World Cup, because if Brazin cannot win Bolivia, Ecquador or Honduras, of course won´t win France, Germany, Italy, Japan, etc...

One Brazilian very sad....

I'm with you.

I love soccer and as many french people I love see brazil play with
great skill. I see the match yesterday in the night and I not
recognize Brazil. This team is very poor but many great skilled
players are injured (Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos...). But I know one
thing, if Brazil is qualify for Japan World Cup, the team who'll be
in Japan will be a very good team as for each World Cup :-)

Yes , pretty sad alright . Prior to this World Cup , I think Brazil
had only ever lost ONE qualifier ? I`m sure they`ll make it though ,
and the team that plays in the finals will be like the Brazil of old .

Well I`m off to the pub to watch Ireland do a 'George Bush'.....i.e
flatten the cunts , on Iran .

And now all Australia has to do to qualify is beat Uruguay. This
shouldn't be too hard seeing as we recently drew against world champs
France in a 'friendly'.

"friendly" my foot ... your tackles were so agressive that our player
Dugary is out for 2 monthes ! And he's playing in my town team
(Bordeaux) :)

Revenge France-Australia in 2 days at rugby (and at end of month in
Davis Cup final ...) ; I'm less confident in these 2 sports ...

But why not a revenge Brazil-France in 2002 world cup final ?

Bleh...

As I was saying.....the main song in the pub today was ( sung to the
tune of " Where`s yer Mama gone...where`s yer Mama gone ? " )

" Where`s yer Allah gone....where`s yer Allah gone ? Far , far away.."

No offence , of course . But ye gotta do the shit....

You're right Phil, there was nothing friendly about that match at
all. Muscat reckons he was spat upon by Pires, and that was the cause
for the ugly tackle on Dugarry. No doubt the French will be up for
revenge in the next 'friendly' (maybe 'deadly' is a more suitable
term :)

Congrats Alex on Ireland making the World Cup. I'm glad they beat
Iran to do it. Australia lost to Iran in late '97 in the qualifier
for France '98 after being 2-0 up for most of the match!

Yes Alex, it's cool to see Ireland in again (third time in wcup, am
Iright ?) ; but there is a big problem for european supporters like
you or me : matches will be played early in the morning ... I hope
pubs will be open then :))

Go Ireland :-) Me too i'm happy to see the Ireland team going in
Japan. For JSW, you find normal that : when a guy made a bullshit, so
we punish another one ? Nevertheless, the two players are wrong
(Pyres & Muscat) but I'm sure if Australians play a real amical game,
there will be no one injured. But I'll with Australian against
Uruguays : Australians are kids before the violent team of Uruguay.
But if Uruguay win, there will be all the World Champions in Japan.

Uruguay are missing their key striker Dario Silva, so that can only
be good for the Socceroos :)I was actually surprised to see a lot of
Uruguanian (sp?) supporters that are living in Oz on the news.. it's
shaping up to be a great match, and hopefully will result in the
first time Australia have qualified for the World Cup for many
years :)

Yep Phil , a pain in the arse . Most games will be @7am local
time...but you can bet your arse we will accomodate .

As of present , our government have not granted early licences for
pubs to open.......yet . Public outcry will dictate ( hopefully )

Extra taxes may play a part.......

Made cautions with Uruguay, two or three years ago, they're go on
final in the Under 21 World Championship (lost before Argentina). So,
they have a good team now. But aussie also have a good team when they
don't play violently ;-)
