Ghouls'n Ghosts hidden feature

After defeating a boss (except the 2nd one), when the key lies on the ground, jump on it and before reaching it move the joystick (or whatever you use to play) in the "up" position.<p>
Don't expect anything too spectacular, though...
<p>
It's so simple but it took me more than 10 years to discover it...
Has anybody seen that before?

Ghosts. When I buy the Jamma Card of Ghouls'n Ghosts , yeessss I have
it
, I try it and, surprise me, it work. But not on Ghosts'n

but I never try to make a very high score. Perhaps for the
Olympiads
