Where to get the DLLs needed by m3235tg3?

Hi everybody!
can any one tell me where to get those dll's needed by mameTG3, i can't putit to work, i have the latest mame and mame32 but the dlls needed by mametg aren't there, where an i get all those needed files?

Go to http://www.emuviews.com, download MAME35 final and copy out the dll
you need, worked for me .
