Just downloaded Wolf260 there is no Mame Program? Everything else is there but the Program to run anything?

What has changed with these Wolf Mame programs since 250? They no longer work or do anything for me?

Haven't run MAME in over a year, but I downloaded Wolf 261 and it runs fine on my 9 year old Windows 8 machine.
