Did we ever decide how much boomerang leeching is allowable? Saulonpb's latest TMHT INPs (and apparently his now 12 year old TMNT INPs, which are confirmed) will do about 10 per enemy.
Ideas were given in the past thread, but it would appear no definitive amount was decided upon.

I don't think anybody has ever established a perfect limit of what is considered leeching and what is not. The technique is banned in general and that's about it, I guess until now leaving each case to discussion and personal judgement.
i.m.o. if the player can advance and refuses to, even for a short leeching, it's worth considering dq. If the technique is banned, you shouldn't risk to get as close as possible to save the performance, but do your best to go through as fast as possible, and leech elsewhere when a hidden timer exists or something.
