About the submit record account, finally I found my password, but the problem is the recovery password button, doesn't work.
I tried 2 times with the recovery password but never received anything in my email.

Yeah, there's issues with the site scripts sending e-mails. And whenever they do get fixed, it's usually not for long. It's been a problem regardless of when we were hosted by ZTNet, or now.
