Same here for DOS & MAME32 0.35 on arabian. Forcing MAME32 0.35 to arabiana will get it to playback to 2300 with throttle. Any use of no-throttle will generate a slightly different outcome.

Throttling for the entire playback should produce the same result of 1000 - clearly de-syncs. Use of no throttle will generate a slightly random outcome that can be worse or better.
