This replay is affected by the killcom.hi file instead of the usual nvram problem. I've been able to confirm 49 without the hiscore file in both DOS & MAME32 0.33. Once the killcom.hi is generated with the score of 49, DOS 0.33 fails to playback the file at all. Allowing MAME32 0.33 to generate the killcom.hi with a score of 49 will then permit the playback of the file to 224.

I can't get to playback passed 49. Interesting that you got it to 224 with, on second playback after 49, it gets 49 again, used sound. Need 3rd to zero unless we can find a hi file that will playback correctly for all.
