Doesn't seem to insert a credit. Tried in DOS 0.35b2, 0.35b3 and 0.35b4 and also MAME32 0.35b3 and 0.35b5. Sound options don't seem to alter the behaviour.

same here, no credit, tried m35tg3 just incase there was a typo in version selection but no playback, need third to zero.
