All 0.66 TGMAMEs (DOS, Win & MAME32) die once the player reaches 10 points. DOS TGMAME 0.67 at least gives a hint with "Probable loss of sync" but still dies at 10 points. Frame sync options (forcing FS 10/11 as hinted by the player's notes) has shown some anomalies but nothing I've been able to repeatedly achieve.
