Rapidly switches between service mode & inserting credits. Doesn't start a game. Tried in MAMEs 0.55, 0.56 and 0.57 - sound options don't influence the outcome.

tried win36 still does the credit dance, win35 crashes. Likely just a wrong version, but hard to find which one, third, zeroed.

the 56k underneath recording simmons did works fine with win56. confirmed that.
