maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't even get it to play...it just keeps cycling thru the game settings/test screens.

I get the same test screen when using dosbox and dos m35tg3, but a consistent 37920 with windows mame mame3235tg3 with sounds and 37,120 without sound where it desynchs at the begining of the crazy level. That's three playback failures, so I'm changing score to 37920.
