The submited inps of thunder hoop ( 1 and 2 clasifications) are not legal

This INPs breaks the next rule!!!!!!!!!!!!:

h) Point or life leeching is strongly discouraged, and banned on some games, as described in the banned techniques list, or in the specific game's special rules. You cannot continuously gain points without some degree of risk and you must keep moving to complete a level.

Some moderator should fix this situation soon

I'm agree with PAC... This is a very clear example of ilegal leeching.

done, please include the link to the game next time, you will get a faster response. otherwise you may never have a chance to download to see it once it's dqued. jordani11 did it.
