In the Rules for this game it states 3 Lives? On Boot up settings you start with 2 Lives .. So the setting should be changed to starting with 3 Lives?

wow really? 34 People can read this but no one says a Peep? I am changing the dip setting .. I want to know if this is going for the new rom sets under 1942 also.

It was changed some years ago, there was no vote that I could find though, it was just "this should be 3 lives", someone else agreed, and it was done.
The only reason it would be changed to 2 lives in MAME, would be because that is what the factory settings are. I guess it's possible that factory settings may vary from region to region, too...

TY for responding . How about the Newer Rom sets they are not listed under the same Rules? Is this going to be changed for them?
