Brave Blade I can not get this game to work on the Newer Versons of Mame.. Do I need something else to make the rom work?
I can get it to work in wolf106 but I would like to play the newer Rom sets that have came out for this

Re: Brave Blade
0.138u2: Added clones Brave Blade (USA), (Japan) and (Asia). David Haywood added default EEPROMs for each Brave Blade region. Changed parent description to 'Brave Blade (World)'.
The game works fine for me in MAME 0.150. Maybe you need the defaults EEPROMS files within your romsets of the game (there were added in MAME 0.138u2 as you can see).

Re: Brave Blade
in windows you can highlight, copy and paste the parameters of the run commands for mame in the dos box
into the start menu/ all programs/accessories/command prompt
it will give you an audit for the rom you have typed-in
from there you can unzip rom files and do some comparisons
side by side on the desktop , in order to fix roms
sometimes the files inside have been named something else
inthat case you can right click and rename certain files
or look in additional clones or bootleg or sets
for further files needed
mame looks in unzipped folders first
so you can leave an untampered zipped rom alone and
have an experimental unzipped rom folder in the same directory
