how do i get the pac man to work if therte is one?

After coining up the game (2 coins for 1 credit), you have to enter a code. It's up up up, down down down, left right left right left, and you should hear the free man sound and the ghost will change from red to pink. There's also another code to toggle between normal and turbo speed/fast shot (works for all 3, Ms Pac, Pac and Galaga), but I don't know that one off hand.
