Crazy Kong needs to be moved.

Needs to be moved since it was changed in Later mame sets .

Crazy Kong in older Mame Roms sets got changed to Crazy Kong II After Wolfmame 139 belive i belive .
I made this same mistake and Crazy Kong Fan had me move my Inp to the other..
There is Special Rules for this Roms set.

Parent set was changed in 0.138u3. Crazy Kong Part II was originally ckong, now it is ckongpt2.
