Crazy Kong has a new parent ROM, so there are no scores.

Many of the clones have been renamed too...

ckong -> ckongpt2 "Crazy Kong Part II (set 1)"
ckong2j -> ckongpt2j "Crazy Kong Part II (Japan)"
ckonga -> ckongpt2a "Crazy Kong Part II (set 2)"
ckongb -> ckongpt2b "Crazy Kong Part II (alternative levels)"
ckongjeu -> ckongpt2jeu "Crazy Kong Part II (Jeutel bootleg)"

Part of that is my fault I submitted a new set not in MAME (which was identical to the Alca bootleg, with the exception of 2 ROM's. Main difference is in ROM #10, a missing ladder on the 2nd row of the barrel board) and they decided to make that the parent set, since it was from an original Falcon board (with Falcon masked EPROMS), and renamed the CK Part 2 sets. Also, whoever does the little thumbnail images might want to update them, so the ckong set has the one the goofy green colors, and the ckongpt2 set has what ckong currently has. The ckong names were changed as of .138u3

OK... no problem as long as you 're fine with the new parent ROMset!

This is Skito's area. Usually it takes a few days after I post all the game changes.

...This could potentially wreak some havoc at TG. Maybe I should bring up at TG forums the issue of all Crazy Kong scores being done on wrong romset!

I'm not sure, the one I submitted is almost the same as the Alca bootleg. If you line up the copyright date (1981) with the Japanese DK title screen, it's in the same exact place (with a huge gap to the left of it, like the company name was removed), so I'm assuming this version came first. When they did CK Part 2, the title screen has it in a different spot. That being said, supposedly the Falcon CK Pt 2 was licensed overseas, so if that's true, that one is legit. It did find its way over here in the US though, since demand for DK was so high, and CK is pretty much an early version of DK with different sound hardware (and lots of bugs ) I remember 3 or 4 places locally that had it when it first came out, then they all disappeared. Don't remember which versions they were though, but I believe one was the Galaxian conversion one.
