Can more more person confirm this is a problem with recording so we can notify the recorder? This appears to be a wolfmame recording, strange that it desynchs so far into it.

Same result here, loses sync in level 4. I wanted to see how he was able to get past the level 7 elevator, that part is nearly impossible with only 3 lives.

Desynch at level 4 against the "whip girls". 
Too bad... many playback problems with sor II, and unfortunately no version of mame seems to be 100% reliable with it.
