Hello marpers!!

In 2001, on japanese Callus Players Society' site there was a MAME replay section (now vanished). It looks like that there was even a great Magic Sword 20millions+ replay, that should be even more than Gamest's score.

This section (call MAME MOVIE SECTION) was deleted from 2001 and unfortunately all replay are lost. This section was accessible from home page, under the dodonpachi high score ranking and from web archive is possible see only this:

In this replay, here score stage for stage:

after stage 4=600.000
stage 12=2.400.000
stage 24=4.500.000
stage 30=8.000.000（lives 0）
stage 36=9.200.000
stage 44=13.000.000
stage 45=16.000.000
stage 47=19.200.000
clear 20.880.000

AWESOME!!!!!!! actual WR is 18.768.535 pts and this mame replay is better!!!!

Someone have this replay? (please!!!! ) I hope that someone have saved this.....

I don't have it.
The replay seems to be Tool-assisted play.
I hear that AICHI KEN's is also similar.
I am not interested in it. You might not need it either.

マジックソードの２０８８万はインチキでしょう。セーブ繰り返して作ったとしか思えん。
魔法使いは全部ダイヤ出すし、シーフはペンダント出しまくり。
４２、４３階ではキッチリダイヤリングだして４４でペンダント出す。
全一だろうがなんだろうが、まともなプレイであれに勝てるわけが無い。

セーブ＆ロードやり方。
要するにPLAYBACKとRECORDは同時に使える。
よってたとえばあるゲームをRECORDして２－３で死んだとしよう。
ならばそのリプレイをPLAYBACKしつつRECORDする。そして２－２で中断する。
すると２－２ノーミスプレイのリプレイができるのでそれをPLAYBACKしつつRECORD
すればよい。はっきりいって面倒くさいがそれでもマジックソードのような奇跡的
な超合体が必要なやつではよほど楽。１９４３も全一を１００万以上超えてる。
＃全面でMOBIが出てるし……知っている人は見ていてあきれます。
フィーバロンやグラIIIのような一面一面のベストプレイすごく簡単で、死んだら
おしまいなゲームは最低限の心得さえあれば全一もめじゃない。

ちなみにＭＡＲＰではこのワザ、使用禁止ではありません。（猛爆

One of the Magic Sword replays (the Jap one i think) is very good. Magic Sword is a really underated game...
