Massimo Gaspari's tnzsjn recording does not playback as it is a recording of game tnzsj - not tnzsjn.

However, romset tnzsjn is renamed to tnzsj in 0.128U1 - so what is the standard here? I guess he should submit under tnzsjn (the old name) as he used WolfMAME 0.128? And the scores will be automatically moved once 0.129 is released.
Re: Massimo Gaspari's tnzsjn recording
The MARP database is always based on the latest full MAME release, which is 0.128. Since he used 0.128, then it should be uploaded with the same shortname. Yes, the scores should be moved when the database is updated to 0.129. That's still a few weeks or so away, at least.

Re: Massimo Gaspari's tnzsjn recording
Sorry for sounding thick, but this still confuses me. if I would like to try to beat Massimo's highscrore on The New Zealand Story, which romset do I use when I am using Wolfmame 1.29? As far as I know there are only 3 different roms for this game?

Re: Massimo Gaspari's tnzsjn recording
Tnzsjn appeared in m127u3, and could be recorded under this short name with m128 (Massimo did that).
Then :
0.128u1: Stephane Humbert renamed (tnzsjn) to (tnzsj).
So Pat updated Marp's database and also renamed tnzsjn to tnzsj (and move Massimo's input there).
So if you want to beat Massimo's score you must record with wolf128, short=tnzsjn OR (better) wolf129, short=tnzsj.
In both case, you will have to upload on Marp with short=tnzsj.

Thanks Phil.
Re: Massimo Gaspari's tnzsjn recording
This sounds like a need for an additional column in the marp database, to indicate a mame version range and romset name to allow recordings for each current marp game. Phil do you use a website to get this mame history romname information? tell us which one?
