Coordinators are for check and correct it I think

For the end of game lives bonus -

You get 100k for each life you have have in stock (plus 100k for your current life). So if you have 8 lives in stock, you will get a 800k bonus + 100k for your current life = 900k bonus.

If you have 9 lives in stock, the same applies, however you also get a 600k bonus on top of that. So 9 lives in stock gives you 900k + 100k + 600k = 1600k. 10 lives gives you 1700k bonus, and 11 lives gives you 1800k bonus.

Bonus lives can be found on Round 5, 6, 12, 15, and 30, as well as when you hit 20k, 100k, 200k, and 1m. + the 2 in stock you have, that gives a maximum total of 11 in stock (unless someone knows where any more lives are...)

That explains why I couldn't calculate the end bonus, I knew it wasn't a simple lives x score thing.
