"39 in 1" was added in 0.117, although not working yet. It's actually Multicade which assumably runs MAME.
So we have a case of MAME emulating hardware running MAME, how exotic.

Anyways, here's info what games there are, for possible splits...

1. Ms. Pac-Man
2. Galaga
3. Frogger
4. Donkey Kong
5. Donkey Kong Jr.
6. Donkey Kong 3
7. Galaxian
8. Dig Dug
9. Crush Roller
10. Mr. Do
11. Space Invaders
12. Pac-Man
13. Galaga 3
14. Gyruss
15. Tank Battallion
16. 1942
17. Ladybug
18. Burger Time
19. Mappy
20. Centipede
21. Millipede
22. Jr. Pac-Man
23. Pengo
24. Phoenix
25. Time Pilot
26. Super Cobra
27. Hustler
28. Space Panic
29. Super Breakout
30. New Rally X
31. Arkanoid
32. Qix
33. Juno First
34. Xevious
35. Mr. Do's Castle
36. Moon Cresta

MAME emulating a system that runs MAME is like, the holy grail of emulation :)

If only the AT386 and later MESS drivers worked...

yeah, they're lame MAME hacks, like most of those multi-game cabs. They're based on things like the GP32MAME where it's been designed to run on low-powered hardware.

They'll run slow as hell in MAME tho, as MAME will have to emulate a 200Mhz CPU emulating MAME, and since it's MAME it will be pushing that 200Mhz CPU to the max, and emulating a 200Mhz CPU is sloooooow. (think 1fps slow)

seems like those roms should be treated according to the original set hacked into any particular multiboard. Seems silly to treat certain(not all) multiboards as 'new' rom sets; maybe just archive mame-based types of multiboards?
