I tried to list all the 1st places of 2006, and I realized that the "maximum displayed hits" value is no longer allowed over 200. Is it correct or am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance

It's best to email me using the 'EMail' link in the top right corner of the MARP site - then I'll know something needs fixing.
Is 999 enough? The problem is that the server starts timing out if you ask for too many results at once.

I don't know how many 1st places have been uploaded in 2006 (and still are 1st). I tried to list them to vote for the best 2006 replay (I don't remember all the inps I've seen in first 2006 months

)
Is it a problem about traffic or about the dimension of the query results? If it's a traffic problem you could limit at 200 for normal queries, ad leave unlimited for no-screenshot queries.
If it's a query results's size problem I think you should use the limit that let the system work

i think the reason for the limit discovery is that people want to do this query
http://marp.retrogames.com/index.cgi?mo ... _year=2006
and 200 isn't enough, but i've also rarely seen a time out even before the limit. Though i don't think we want to croud znet with timeout issues, so maybe the limit is good.
* EDIT looks like this doesn't get limited by 200 anymore :)

just click the "1st" or "Top3" links in the navigation bar of the main MARP site.
I download the Top3 page to my HD once a month or so. It is an easy way to view the top 3 scores for each game.

But you can't see order of submissions that way Rick. Plus you miss silly submission comments such as all clear, no miss...

Wonder how many recordings MARP has?
