Crossword Puzzle: Arcade Arcanery

I've constructed a crossword puzzle with a video game theme. It is available to be worked as a Java applet here:

Some of the clues aren't what they appear at first, especially if they have a question mark after them. Also, some of them have meaning only in the context of a video game, and you're not always told which game!
For the first person to completely solve the puzzle, take a screen capture of the completed grid in the Java applet, and email it to me at:

If you've already got one, you're just playing for fun.
If you don't know how to take a screen capture, save it, and email it, that's part of your challenge - to find out. Google is your friend.
