A very sad day for the MAME community - Last Salute to ASW

It is a very, very sad day for the MAME community. Sergio Tellini, active MARP member ASW, was murdered in Italy today in an apparent Mafia ambush. Sergio was 38 years old, and was submitting new scores to MARP even yesterday. Very difficult to believe that he is now gone.
My heartfelt condolences and prayers to all of his friends and family.

Sergio "ASW" Tellini, not very famous on MARP, but known from everyone in the italian record communities, he was one of the best players at the end of the '80s. A good, honest and precise person. In the last year he was our collaborator on the AIVA project and were controlling replays in the way like how is done here on marp.
Noone knows the reason of this disgrace, we know that Sergio was irreplaceable, one exceptional person and a videogame passionate like no other in our nation. A big friend of our leaves forever.
I hope that justice will be made because in this world it's impossible that things like this can really happen.
I can't say anything else.

very sad, it would be nice to make an online memorial for him, or for any marp player that dies for that matter.

It's always sad when the gaming community loses someone. My condolences.
