So that's what all the fuss is about? Dear God.
Lawsuit is because grandma bought this game for 14 year old, and agelimit was 17. Now that makes sense.
You had to be seventeen to play that, now changed to eighteen...That's very good, we don't want kids of 17 years old see this kind smut.

You know. Sounds to me like a complete stage by the company for the publicity. Code left in. Someone "Stumbles onto the patch" The company couldn't afford all of this free advertising.
