Is there a phpbb mod that forces posts to be members and when you are added as a member it has a picture with a number on it to verify the user is not a bot?

Yeah, those darn bots. Most users online 467? Talk about screwing up the data. I'm sure there's some kinda of filter that would delete users that haven't made a single post within their first 5 days.

It's rather difficult to ban someone whose IP is always different, and isn't a registered user. Otherwise I'd have banned that username a while back.
