Does anyone else agree with me in thinking that this inp breaks the special rules?

special rules wrote:No constant leeching allowed in the hallways:
In a poll it was decided that it's not allowed to use more than 2 buckets in each hallway which still allows time to check all doors in the hallway, progress (approx. 30 seconds per hall section).

However if this is violated on some of the hallways by using 3 or 4 buckets then that is allright as long as it isn't intentionally leeching, leading to an extra life, or a huge score improvement. Meaning, you can't repetitively go over two buckets in the hallways, then the recording will be disqualified.

Could you be a little more specific?

I watched it all the way through and didn't catch it.

Mostly that he's repeating the same hallway sections a few times, especially at the beginning, each time lasting around 30 seconds.
