Contests calendar?

Hello, I'm newbe to this website (MARP) and I'm taking part at 4ยบ MAME Championship,
but I'd like to know if is there any calendar for tournaments, championships or so.
How people notice for new contests?, at this forum?
When is the next?

We really don't have a calendar offhand... but right now the golden era game of the week is going on.
I think the next events are starting in 2005, unless the Week Challenge Championship returns, which I'm not sure of personally.
I know this much, the MAME Olympiad returns next year... somewhere along the alley. I think sometime around spring 2005.

I doubt it. Destructor will probably play and wipe us all out for Poland (is that right?) all by himself!
