bm2ndmx, bm5thmix and bmdct splitting

Each of these three games need to be split for the expert courses in the game (similar to how the other beatmania games were split), as each expert course has a seperate high score table for itself.
As bm2ndmix (perhaps dct, too?) has it's very different way of showing scores in the high score tables (sets of four numbers, ie 200/50/0/1, which generally can't be entered into MARP's score system), I'd suggest that the expert modes use a special rule similar to all other beatmania games, as suggested in the beatmania scoring topic, where the highest 'timing' gets you 2 points, and the second highest gets you 1 point.
For example, 200/50/0/1 in a 2nd mix expert course would get you a MARP score of '450'.
