Don't playback.
.Ini file? Hm .... for exapmple I don't have any .ini (in alpaha62) file in Ini directory.
Is ini file created for non 32 MAME versions? (alpha62 is non 32).
Maybe use different options to record.
Lines in my record.bat file:
alpamame32.exe wacko -rompath c:\mameroms -mouse -record wacko

The .ini file would be in the same folder with your mame executable.
Create it using -cc
Without it everything is default unless you override in command line parameters.

I dont'h have any .ini file in the same folder mame executable nad in any other directory.
Create it using -cc
For what? I'm happy that my inps playback correctly without .ini file.
Best way Sampras: Zip your whole alpha62 directory and upload for us to ftp.

I download your whole mame directory, use your files to playback and nothing. Mame still crash on stage 1. I have Win98SE.
I think there must be something wrong with your OS or computer.

Need a third to zero, or someone to get it to play back.
