What is your frontend of choice?

Having just purchased a newer computer, I now have a machine capable of playing Mame again, I thought what better time to get a new frontend than now.
What is everyones front-end of choice for Mame and what features in particular do you like about your front-end of choice?

.... of course now that I've downloaded and used it, WolfMamePlus has a built in front-end.....

Because no more wolfmame32 I can recommend EmuLoader frontend for MARPers. I think it is easy in use with all (or almost all) options required for MARPer.

I tried EasyMame too, but something wrong was with this frontend, not all options works.
