So how do I do it ? there is a list of folders "All Games", "Available" etc, but no favourites folder that I can add games to. When I right click the folders the rename function is greyed out. When I right click a game the add to custom folder function doesn't seem to work ? I used my favs folder all the time in other mame versions and I miss it now.

I would prefer to create a list that I can import into new wolfmame32 versions in the future.

Create in directory "Folders" empty file "favorites.ini". Or copy it from standard mame. You can create file with each name, for example "todayplayed.ini", "stupidgames.ini", etc. Look file "Genre.ini" from standard mame. This file has two planes menu.
