what's happened to the top frame links?

Ok, in visiting the MARP site just now the top frame is totally white. The bottom frame for the "news" page loads just fine.
However, without knowing the links I can't access any other part of the site right now.
Are others seeing the same thing? I did a forced refresh a couple times in case my cache was whacked but got the same "white" for the top frame.

Works fine for me.
Once in a while the top part will be delayed for a second, but everything is OK right now.

It shows for me now too..but has been changed.
Perhaps someone was updating it when I saw it a bit ago so it was just white.
---addition----
Oh wait...unless I have just been promoted to an editor, something isn't right.
I am seeing all the editor links in the top frame now. ...things like adding/removing games, editing rules for the games etc.
Was I promoted or are others that are noneditors seeing this also?

Zwaxy's apparently had a little problem with the top banner, and doesn't have a recent backup. I'll fix it in a few moments.
