Speed Spin "special rules"

The special rules for speedspn are:
"100 x (number of won matches) + point difference from all matches.
Please include your match scores in the description box to make it easier for the confirmers.
Another thing, please start your game by choosing to play the Tour, as you'll automatically qualify for the World Cup after winning 4 matches on the Tour. "
I play the game and choose the Tour Mode, but when I win one game (NOT 4), I reach a bonus stage and then qualify for the World Cup.
Is the special rule wrong? Or the game has changed? Or I make something wrong?
I can see the inp that's upload. Can anyone see it and tells me what happens?
