It's not remembering my high scores.. is this just the way it is for this game or is there something i can do to make it remember?

What you need is hiscore.dat. It contains info that MAME uses to save hiscores to a .hi file for most games that don't store hiscore info themselves.

I Have that :/
Arkanoid 2 isn't listed in there either...
I don't know where to start editing it to include the required data in the dat file... any (other) ideas?

use the unoffical one if you don't have it cause it does save them for me...

probably the rom or something
... i get a rom needs redump error at the start with wolf71...

I still can't get it to save the hiscores... not really a prob 'cos they're not there when i record anyway....
What's the ruules on leeching on l5 of arkanoid 2?
Theoretically anyone could get first place and lose all their lives on that level....
