Mahjong Vanilla Syndrome (Japan)

I would like to know what is the argument of the game. I mean, when you defeat a 'rabbit' you choose a key, open a door and 
... a nude girl appears. Is there any difference between them (apart from the girl)?
I have looked at some and I have seen that:
- second key of first row goes to a girl that seems to give you a red ball
- third? key of second row gives? a blue ball
I haven`t found any ball in third row.
There are some spaces where there is no key, has it any meaning?
