Forum rearrangment

In the somewhat near future, I will probably be rearranging the forums slightly. Originally, these forums were only used for IRC stuff - when MARP itself started using them, I just added another category for that.
For example, the General category isn't necessarily for IRC stuff, but that's where it is. It always bothered me
The forums for the Tournaments will probably be put into a seperate category. The Other Stuff category might be gone completely, since they don't really get used at all. Same with the Quotes forum - there is now an online quotes database (http://quotes.lazynet.org) so that's not really needed anymore.
If anybody else has anything to add, feel free to post a message here.
