Playchoice 10 - Rad Racer II

The rom set, pc_radr2, has no scores listed for it. I am assuming it's archived.

This game is playable with version 0.66 of macmame. It wasn't playable from not working quite correctly in 0.60 and earlier.

I assume it's also playable now at least for pc-mame66 and 67.

Given this, it seems this game is eligible for high scores now.

However, the game itself unlike the original rad racer has no true score.

It does report times for each race though so perhaps a scoring system similar to others could be adopted where you get 10k for each race finished then a certain bonus based on time for each race.

I'm just bringing it to attention here. I leave it up to others to decide based on other racing games how to score it.
