Ahhh! Nice videos of Ritchie Blackmore's era. I didn't know Coverdale does the song Mistreated, although Ronnie James Dio does better than Coverdale on that song.
No Ian Gillian or Joe Lynn Turner on Ritchie Blackmore's era, TJT? Joe Lynn Turner was the worst singer who sing for Ritchie Blackmore.
Speaking of Dead Kennedy. Who can't forget those Jello Biafra's Anti-Ronald Regan and Gov't Jerry Brown songs? Oh yeah... I remember few of Jello's outrageous comments about running mayor in San Francisco before he drop out before it started.
His comments was as far as I could remember back then...
1. All businessmans must wear clown suits.
2. Bribery in liquor sales.
3. No automobiles allowed in city limit (In S.F.)

Yeah, Gillan of course. I think I put couple links here earlier for Fireball and Highway Star. Couldn't find a devent version of Child in Time.
Highway Star:

Even Turner's not that bad. Nevermind he looks gay when singing
Have listened album "Bend out of Shape" countless times...It was good background AOR when doing math homework.

Yeah, I listened to them earlier. I particularly liked 'The Arrival'. The sample he uses at the start is former US President Dwight Eisenhower's farewell speech in which he warned of the dangers of the Military-Industrial Complex and the power and influence it will yield. Looks like he was spot-on....
Cheers,
AL
